Serving the Austin community

For over 40 years, Winston's Kitchen has been using the freshest ingredients. Nothing is canned or prepared in advance. Our Jerk Chicken is slow grilled on a wood burning fire with Winston’s own jerk seasoning. The rice–n-peas are made with coconut milk right from the shell, and the herbs are grown in our own organic garden – no short cuts here, pure Jamaican goodness.

  The Jerk Chicken… my lord! This food is on another level. How does chicken melt in your mouth? It’s a mix of smoke, spice and tender to perfection. Can’t forget the rice and beans… flavorful and perfectly cooked. Winston, how do you do it? Give this man and restaurant an award!

  Wow! This place hits the spot. Full of flavor and you can really tell they put a lot of love into their cooking. Delicious and very crave worthy. I like that they also have vegetarian options. Their sweet sauce and hot sauce are a must as well. We got their curry chicken and vegetarian plate. Excited to try their other dishes now!!!
